Return/Exchange Policy:

1) Item being returned must not be unraveled or opened. 

2) Item must be returned within 30 days. 

3) Purchaser must contact Rok Creations before returning item, in order to receive the proper return steps, also in order to receive a free return.

4)NO REFUNDS will be given at any time.

5) No Refund, No Return, No Exchanges for the Special Creations

For the cake and teddy bear

   * The Teddy Bear and the ribbon will be the same color

  * All Cakes will be three tiers

  * Full Diaper Package will be used
